The Caiman Lodge (Refugio Ecologico Caiman), located in the small town of Miranda in the Pantanal, is among nine hotels in the world recognized by the seal Long Run Destinations, a tourism segment of the German organization Zeitz Foundation.

The Long Run Destinations recognized hotel chains and resorts around the world aimed at sustainability, community development and cultural management linked to the environment.

The Caiman Lodge occupies an area of 5600 hectares of natural heritage aimed at major universities and research projects that protect endangered species in the Pantanal region. Besides also have comfortable lodging for tourists wanting to experience the rich biodiversity of the region.
