In the days 10 to 16 of November happens in Corumba, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil, the fifth edition of the Festival Gastronômico (`Gastronomic Festival") - Sabores do Pantanal ("Pantanal Flavors"). The event brings together the best of cuisine from Corumbá and new reserves and revenues unprecedented in cafes, pizzerias, bakeries and restaurants.
The theme of this year`s Food Festival is meat Pantanal, where about 30 shops invited by the oversight power of Tourism will present unpublished recipes using ingredients such as meats typical of the region, such as cattle, goats, sheep and swine.
Festival dishes will be evaluated and the best will receive a stamp of the event and participate in the South American Food Festival 2012, the event also count on the presence of nationally renowned chefs who will give classes and especially the choice of the dishes that represent Mato Grosso do Sul in the National Hall of Tourism.
